Magic link did not arrive

Check the email address, wait a minute, and look in spam or promotions. Then request a fresh link from the sign-in page.

Link expired or already used

Magic links work once and expire after 1 hour. Go back to sign in and request a new link.

Opened on another device

For the smoothest sign-in, open the email link on the same device and browser where you requested it.

Google or Apple sign-in

Use the same Google or Apple account you used before. If the provider window closes, return to Finatha and try again.
